Caroline is the Managing Director for Involved Media in Canada. She is an experienced executive, skilled in marketing, media and client management.

Caroline’s career spans several leadership positions with major media agencies including Carat, Mindshare, Starcom and UM. Over the years she has worked on major national and global brands including Kraft, Subway, P&G, Good Life Fitness, Ford, Unilever, Mondelez & Johnson & Johnson. She currently sits on the Board for Vividata. In her spare time, Caroline is a competitive triathlete, avid cyclist, and rescue diver. She gives back to the community coaching a girl’s swim team.

Carieanne Nickerson is Senior Vice President, Media at Involved Media, where she leads media strategy and client delivery across the agency’s Canadian business.

With more than 20 years of experience in the media industry, Carieanne brings deep expertise in client leadership, integrated media strategy, and building high-performing teams. She has worked across a broad range of categories, managing complex client portfolios and developing solutions that drive meaningful business results.

Prior to joining Involved Media, Carieanne held senior leadership roles at Carat, part of Dentsu, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President, Client Leadership. Throughout her career, she has built strong, trusted relationships with clients and media partners at both global and Canadian levels.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and strong business acumen, Carieanne works closely with her teams and partners to deliver thoughtful, high-performing media strategies in an evolving media landscape.

Stephanie is the VP of Growth & Partnerships At Involved Media Canada.

She works directly with Involved Media’s clients and agency partners to provide white-glove service and ensure that business goals are met and exceeded. Stephanie brings forth the resources each unique client requires to build customized, data-informed solutions that effectively deliver growth.

Prior to joining Involved Media, Stephanie worked with various large media vendors over the past 15+ years, where she served as National Account Executive. She worked in several different capacities, including progressive marketing and sales roles across multi-media and data solutions. Stephanie lives in Milton with her husband and three daughters. Together, they like to hike in the escarpment and travel to hot places.

Shawn Hall is the VP, Head of Business Insights for Involved Media in Canada. In this role, Shawn leads all data-informed media planning and insights for clients.

A leader in the digital marketing/advertising field for over 25 years Shawn has been on the cutting edge of innovation throughout his career. He brings a vast knowledge of integrated marketing strategies across online display, mobile, video, programmatic, social media, SEM, SEO, OTT/Connected TV, gaming, and more to clients. Shawn has worked with brands such as Molson Coors, KFC, Pizza Hut, Daniels Homes, Party Casino, New Roots Herbal, Natures Path, Greysnow Casino, Pumpernickels, Hyundai, Wyeth, BMO, Canadian Tourism, Honda, Microsoft, and CIBC.

Nelson is the Director of Video/Audio Activation at Involved Media Canada.

Nelson is an alumnus of Humber College’s Advertising Media Sales Program and a professional Media Trader with over 20 years of experience executing English/French campaigns in both Television and Radio. He has worked at five different top agencies over his career in the Media business and has built key relationships with vendors and agency peers. Nelson joined the Involved team in March 2019 as a Senior Key Account Buyer, bringing over his knowledge and experience in Media Trading. Nelson’s passions (aside from media) include sports (soccer being his personal favourite), film/photography, food, travel, and fashion. He is a proud new father to a lovely baby girl and looks forward to raising her to be a strong young lady.

Kate is the Director of Digital Strategy for Involved Media in Canada.

Kate is the Director of Digital Strategy at Involved Media Canada and is your go-to person for questions on utilizing digital media to create impactful brand narratives and deliver meaningful marketing experiences to individuals.

With over 7 years of experience in digital media strategy and activation, Kate has worked in prominent media agencies as well as creative shops. Her daily activities involve translating data into actionable insights, developing digital media strategies, and evaluating the impact of campaigns. What motivates her work is the art of storytelling that weaves everything together, ensuring brand interactions are significant and seamless across all touchpoints.

Kate’s expertise spans various industries, including real estate, finance, travel, consumer packaged goods (CPG), automotive, business-to-business (B2B), non-profit organizations (NPOs), healthcare, pharmaceuticals, brick and mortar businesses, and more. In her free time, Kate loves running, hosting dinner parties, and going to music shows.

Effie Ambida is the Director, Strategy and Planning for Involved Media in Canada, leading strategic media planning, driving innovative campaign solutions, and fostering client partnerships through data-driven insights and creative media strategies.

Effie has worked in the media industry for over 13 years at a few of the large agencies in Toronto, with experience working on a variety of clients such as Amica Senior Lifestyles, Green Shield, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Tim Hortons, Ford Automotive, Hershey’s and Spotify. Outside of work, she is either decorating and designing a new project in her house or a very busy mom of three little ones.

Lakshmi Radhakrishnan is the Director of Performance Marketing for Involved Media in Canada, spearheading data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and enhancing ROI through advanced analytics and performance insights.

Lakshmi is an experienced digital marketing professional with 10 years in the industry, specializing in Search, Ecommerce, and social media. Holding an engineering degree and an MBA in Marketing, Lakshmi has successfully driven growth for clients across diverse sectors, including CPG, telecommunications, real estate, and fast food by strategically planning and executing cross channel activations. Outside of work, Lakshmi cherishes family time.

Ben began his media career at PHD in 2012 as  Supervisor  Director, Video/Audio Activation, and soon thereafter became a Broadcast Account
Manager. After a brief hiatus from media, Ben joined the media buying team at Involved in 2018, and brings with him positive vibes
and a winning attitude.

Mehul Yadav is our new Client Operations Manager at Involved Media Canada. Mehul brings extensive experience in client service management, operational efficiency, and team leadership to drive exceptional client success and business growth.

Mehul brings over 14 years of experience in marketing, media, and client management. Throughout his career, he has held various roles across three multinational media agencies and built strong relationships with key media vendors in Canada, spanning television, radio, out-of-home, print, and digital.
